We guarantee the item you ordered is the item you'll receive. If the layout, size, photo, font or artwork is different than what was approved through your proof image we will send a new item with the corrections at no charge to you.
Guaranteed Undamaged Shipping
If you receive your custom engraving and it is damaged during shipping we will replace it at no charge to you. Simply call or email us within four days of recieving the item and we will give you directions on how to get your item replaced. A new item is usually shipped within one business day after determining cause of damage.
